Step back in time to a century ago when aviation pioneer and immigrant Igor Sikorsky founded Sikorsky Aero Engineering Company on a chicken farm near Roosevelt Field in Long Island, New York. With a small team of engineers, many of whom fled the Russian Revolution, Igor established his company and began developing a new fixed-wing aircraft, the S-29A.
