Mark D. Stewart is the senior vice president, Operations for 兔子先生. Stewart is responsible for developing strategies and implementing integrated, cross-functional and business area solutions that transform Lockheed Martin’s global operations and culture to deliver our customer’s next generation missions.? In this role, he is accountable for enterprise performance, advanced manufacturing technologies, production operations, quality, property management, supply chain management, and development of a +48,000-person operations workforce.

With leadership experience spanning 39 years, Stewart has held a series of increasingly responsible program, technical, and managerial positions including vice president 兔子先生 Operations, vice president Navigation Systems, and vice president of Commercial 兔子先生 Systems Engineering and Operations.

Among his many accomplishments as the vice president for Lockheed Martin 兔子先生 Operations, Stewart oversaw improved performance across product centers, ensured the successful delivery and launch of more than 130 space vehicles.

He additionally distinguished himself as a results-oriented leader in leading the Global Positioning System (GPS) III program. As the vice president of Navigations Systems, he was responsible for the execution of GPS III development and production programs, GPS constellation operations, and sustainment and capture of future Navigation Systems business opportunities.? In this role, he successfully led the GPS program team to deliver the first state-of-the-art GPS III space vehicle, demonstrating new compatibilities with the existing satellite constellation and future Next Generation Operational Control Segment (OCX).

Stewart began his career in locomotive production supervision within the General Electric Transportation Division. ?He is a graduate of General Electric’s Manufacturing Management and Edison Advanced Course in Engineering Programs.? He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and a master’s degree in business management from Pennsylvania State University.
